Heber's Cuban Cafe

Ordered food and they did not send everything that I ordered. I live miles away from the store and when cold back they said oh well next time I will give it to you. That does not help when your family is at a table 1/2 of your food is missing. This was a delivery. Very nasty on the phone and poor customer service.

Food was great. Dessert and Smoothie as well. Great customer service at that.

First of all i walked in with my walker and not one employee said hello or even asked me to sit at a certain table. No one had smiles on their faces. I sat down for 5 minutes and not one waitress came over to hand us any menus or anything. My rating is based off of the customer service because i ended up walking out cause i lost my appetite. I could not believe the disconnect between customer and employee. I know they saw me because i walked in when there was barely anyone in there.
